Rates & Reception
Our rates include:
- On arrival: a welcome drink; tea, coffee, milk and sugar for one day; fresh fruit, bowl of flowers/herbs; pillow chocolate and welcome note
- On weekdays: newspaper, turn-down service, housekeeping and a full on-site laundry service
- Essential bathroom toiletries and all kitchen cleaning materials.
We require a 50% deposit to secure the booking, and a refundable key deposit. Balance payable on arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
(please note especially peak season terms)
- 30 days prior to arrival, a 10% admin fee is charged to cover banking and handling charges.
- Between 10 and 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit will be retained.
- Less than 10 days prior to arrival, 100% of the deposit is retained.
Christmas Season Bookings:
Cancellations prior to 60 days before arrival incur a 10% admin charge and cancellations between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival forfeit half of the deposit.
Check-in & out times
Check-in from 14:00 daily.
Check out before 10:00 on the day of your departure
Baby sitting services are available on request. (24 hr notice)

Rates 2010/2011
Please note that over the Christmas period a single supplement charge applies: the rate per person + 50%, as well as a minimum stay of a week.
All our rates are 'Per Person Per Night' sharing
We regret that our accommodation is not suitable for children under 6 years; children under 12 pay half tariff.
